Terms & Conditions

1. DEFINITION

1.1: The conditions set out here are the only conditions on which we sell goods. The words that apply the said conditions as follows "goods" means all goods/services provided to you by us. "We" means Essex Valeting and Detailing  and "You" means the company, person or legal entity buying the goods. and accepts our conditions .

2: ~SERVICES

2.1: All services placed by phone, text or verbally will be deemed to be correct

2.2: All goods are offered and sold subject to availability.

2.3: We reserve the right to establish a limiton the amount of credit available to you.

 

3: PRICE OF GOODS

3.1: All goods are charged at the prices ruling at the time of service

3.2: Prices in this website are subject to change without prior notice.

 

4: DAMAGE

4.1: All damage must be indicated to operator (US) on completion , notification is needed within 24 hours, failing this will not held liable  for any damage.

5: TERMS OF PAYMENT

5.1: All invoices are issued on a cash, bank transfer, payment link  on completion basis only, unless credit terms have been arranged with  EVD prior to work undertaken.

5.2: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES 

5.3: Overdue accounts will be subject to interest being charged at 3% above the base lending rate of Santander BankPLC. and a daily £1 per day interest until payment is made

5.4: Any account that has to be passed to an outside debt collection agency will incurr the cost of this service in full.

5.5: Credit account terms are strictly 30 days from date of statement.
